    Changed from an z10 to an iPhone but missed BlackBerry too much so sold my iPhone and bought a z30 in white have to say it's amazing!! The screen size is awesome and I've side loaded snap today love it!

    The only slight issue I have with the white Z30 is the lack of a carbon weave on the back, but I guess it wouldn't show, 'carbon' may look silly in white & I use a case anyway

    Must admit I had a black z30 and I wasn't a fan of the carbon weave I use a case anyway though

    I think BlackBerry's idea was to provide a white version of the Z30 with a smooth back comparable to competitors' phones (Samsung, Apple) that can easily slide into a pocket. My understanding is also that BlackBerry tried to develop a white version of the carbon-woven back found on the black Z30, but the results were less than satisfactory. Maybe we'll have to wait for the white version if the Z50 to come out to see what BlackBerry comes up with.

    Hmmmm.. that's a great idea! I hadn't thought of putting the black carbon weave back on a white z30... that's a great idea! I think you can buy the carbon weave back separately....

    I'm trying to stick to my Z10 until the Z50 comes out but all these "OMG, I finally got my big bad honkin Z30 and it's the best thing since oxygen" threads are making it very difficult.

    Please people, have some consideration!



    OK, nevermind. Tell me again how awesome the big screen is, how fast the OS runs, and how stereoriffic the speakers sound!


    I'm finally going back to work Monday and I have a feeling a white Z30 is in my near future.

    What's the saying? It's better to beg forgiveness than to ask for permission? "I'm sorry honey, I had to buy it". Haha
