Ordered my Z30 Friday morning with an extra $20 for overnight shipping. Got up this morning and site said still processing. Called VZW and they said it was out of stock and they would ship it once unavailable but would take the $20 off. They said it could be weeks before was available to ship. So disturbing that when I bought it over the phone with the VZW rep, everything was perfect. Guess she just wanted the sale. Well I cancelled the entire order. No Z30 for me. Really wish there was an alternative to VZW where I live, but all other carriers are spotty at best.

Delivery time was in the beginning 1-3 weeks at some shops and still one has a delivery now for 3-7 weeks. The Netherlands

OP here, yeah not sure what went wrong. Shame is that they have a great deal called "Ineligible Upgrade Coupon". If you are in the middle of a contract but have a 3G device, they will give you an early upgrade with $300 off the full retail of any phone. So I was getting the Z30 for $249 instead of full retail. To be honest, I have a Black Q10 for work and really like it. So I got a White Q10 plus a $300 credit. In the end I'm happy with the phone, just bitter with how VZW handled the process, that's all.

not sure they're even producing the z30 anymore. I've been checking price comparison sites for them here in Switzerland but they haven't been available here for months now and more and more shops just drop them from their catalogs

I ordered mine in the store last week and it came via FedEx in 2 days. Not sure what the stock issue was but it socks to hear. But I do have one question. Are you saying you used your 300 dollar coupon to buy a second q10 in white instead of just waiting for the z30 to come? Why?

My first Q10 is a work phone. We use to be allowed to use for personal use as well. Suddendly that privledge was taken away. So when the mix up with the Z30 happened, I had no choice but to get another phone. Quickly bought another Q10 but got white so not to mix them up. I worked it out, once the Z30 comes in I can return the Q10.

Ahh that sucks. That's so weird how companies think that this day in age you are just gonna use your phone for work or personal. My company is a big well known company and when they activated my q10 they forced blackberry balance and a phone password with balance. It was sufficiently locked down for personal and home use.

Is the z30 still in its way for you?

Yup. Z30 will be here tomorrow by 3pm EST. Gonna hold onto to the White Q10 though as I'm sure i'll bounce back and forth.
