    There is a know issue with that OS build with the Android runtime.
    O.S Version: 10.3.2.2876 / SW Version: 10.3.2.2836

    OTA I am in the US. Thanks for the link to the android runtime issues, I did the update on my passport but not z30.

    I have a Z30 from Shop BlackBerry on T-Mobile in the U.S., and I haven't gotten anything (sim card in or out).

    I'm not 100% sure 2876 is still being pushed, due to the fairly gaping Android app deletion bug.

    Why is it so hard for people to see that a company who can't release a simple OS update without such significant flaws should NOT be focusing on software as their future ?

    With 1/2 of Chen's salary they could hire 300 software engineers with benefits. You gotta decide what's important, right?

    Go to the blackbeery update site using Microsoft explorer not chrome and follow direction, it is very easy
