Today I have been to Cheshire Oaks Carphone Warehouse no Z30 on display. From there to Wrexham Eagles Meadow 02 Store and when I asked the guy where the Z30 was he actually said 'what's a Z30?' so I had to educate the dips#it! Another Carphone Warehouse next to the 02 store still had no Z30! I decided to hotfoot it to Island Green to yet another larger Carphone Warehouse and still no Z30. I finally found that Vodafone had one on display but not set up for demonstration.
How do BlackBerry even expect increased sales or improved marketing when stores just don't even have the Z30 on show?
Every other device you can think of was in each store but no Z30!
Come on BlackBerry sort it out FFS!!

when i was in leeds the other day they had a load of people at their pop up demonstration thingys in the middle of trinity shopping centre. i must say they had a lot of staff there and were quite busy. unless i caught them at busy time but who knows, after talking to a guy he said 90% of people were impressed with it and couldn't believe it was a blackberry. heck one guy went into the carphone warehouse opposite and bought one straight up! all of the phones shops around me and in sheffield (where i go uni) have a dedicated stand for it with at least 2 demo phones

I was amazed that I couldn't find one on demo but the biggest shock was at 02 in Wrexham when he just blatantly didn't have a clue what the Z30 was.

O2 aren't directly offering the Z30, but offering it through Car phone warehouse. Not all stores have the demo units, but when they do, the display unit is beautiful! Has the Z30, Q10 and Q5 ready to use. Didn't get a snap of the stand but is really nice

But shouldn't BlackBerry be stepping up with aggressive marketing drive? In the stores I hit today the stands were mainly kitted out for people with a Samsung fetish. The Z10, Q10 & Q5 were on show but Z30 was AWOL.
Today's mission was to get a hands on with the Z30 but it was apparent the UK marketing campaign lacks spark.

Did you ask anyone in CPW if they had a Z30? I got mine from there and although there were none on display they had them to hand.

Very similar experience in Lewisham and Bromley areas of London. been telling my mate about the z30 and went to 3 different CPW shops and told they do not even have a demo unit he could get a feel of. same experience in a few Vodafone stores...
