Can anyone confirm that the -1 variant works fully with T-Mobile? Charts in the sticky above show that it should be compatible however, seems through all of my research everyone on T-Mobile is using the -5 variant. Am I missing something?
I can get a great deal on an unlocked -1 variant bnib which I know will work on Bell here in Canada but, I also need it to work with my T-Mobile Sim when I am across the line.

From what I've gathered, only STA100-5 can use 4G LTE

Is the -1 variant missing band 7 the cause of this? It's the only discrepancy I can find from the chart and I can't find enough info on T-Mobile LTE bands to really confirm this.
