    I have a Z30 and a Z10... I love them both and after a two week stretch with my Z30 I felt I needed to my Z10 some overdue love and attention last weekend...

    To my surprise I found that the Z10 has just such an amazing more clear, loud and crisp sound than the Z30...?!?

    Question is if you all have the same experience and if there is something I can do about this?

    I agree that z10 has a good speaker. I'm using LG G2, and i found z10 speaker is better.

    The ear piece is quite low on the z30 compared to z10. Very hard to hear the other person speaking if you are outside. Though someone mentioned this is a software issue..

    Correct!! I noticed the same in my Z30... so will it be resolved through software update??

    Lot of people have been complaining about the sound during calls, if that's the issue then we can't be sure if software will fix it, though most probably it should.

    Still no front page post about this issue :/

    Is your Z30 going into HD Voice mode? My Z30 is not switching to HD (no HD icon and normal cell call quality) but my Z10 does. Perhaps a related problem.

    I noticed same thing. Z30 didn't sound as good as my Z10. Expected the opposite, but wasn't the case.
