    Hello,

After buying a brand new Z30 on eBay I recently just broke my sim card slot. (Bent pin + broken spring) I live in the southwestern US and I'm having trouble finding somebody to repair the sim card tray. Rather than sending my device to blackberry, does anyone else have a better recommendation? It's such a bummer I broke my first blackberry right out of the box. Any help would be much appriecated.

There have been a few discussions of sim slot repairs. I don't have any specific links. I don't think it is an easy part to come by.

This was suppose to be a place holder for the priv. It turns out I really like BB10. After some research I decided to send my Z30 to repair shop in canada. I'll have to wait till Monday to ship.

I had the same issue and found a shop in Toronto that will repair the tray. Let me know if you'd like the contact details.

There is a shop in Toronto and one in the UK. They both do this repair routinely and have international procedures.

Just checked with beyondscreen.ca in Vancouver and cost $70 for the repair. These guys are quite good and price is good for a not so easy repair.

Update: I finally received my Z30 after sending to a shop in Ontario, CA (Celluar Tech). I had my sim tray completely fixed and my network services are working.
