    One of my Z30's started randomly saying SIM not detected and emergency calls only. Didn't think too much of it happed about 5 or 6 times...then it stopped taking a charge from any charger or source. Replacement was sent out. It arrived along with a brand new SIM card...long story short...replacement phone won't read SIM cards either...so another replacement phone is being mailed out today. Seems from looking through the forums this might be a sort of common issue with the z30.

    I've never heard of it... stupid question but are you seating it correctly? It should be spring loaded
