    Hey all. I'm new to BlackBerry and purchased a Z30 yesterday. Been playing with it lots. This AM I tried putting my work Email on the hub and now my settings are sick with a message saying "Activating Device, Contacting Server ". Is this normal?? Any advice would be appreciated.

    How'd you set up your email? Sounds like you tried to set it up on a BES. Have you at least tried rebooting?

    Try deleting the email account under settings then clicking accounts and then try to re-adding it.

    If nothing works, try rebooting device. That should solve your problem.
