    hi,

    anyone knows how to go about z30 (3 month old) screen just went blank ?
    can get notifications of sms messages and calls , but screen is just blank (black)...
    was able to answer calls, simulating/swipping the answer key locations...

    Try a hard reset by holding the volume up and down buttons in until you see the blue loading screen then let go of them. Takes a min.

    Thanks ! but problem is screen is blank ( like when its Off ),
    tried updating software, which it was able to do, but it still is blank

    long press on power button gives only a red blink on the top of screen
