    I have a Z30 for a month now and I absolutely LOVE this phone. I don't know how people can live with their Androids and iOS devices not knowing about this BB 10 OS. The OS of all OSs!! :-)

    The only problem I've had is the stuck screen rotation. Sometimes by switching from Hub to app drawer in landcape mode it gets stuck, and won't turn to portrait when i go back to hub. I "fix" that problem by going to Camera and turn the phone two times between landscape and portrait.

    I wish they would fix this problem soon!!! Do you guys have simmilar problem.

    I'm on OS version 10.2.1.2234.

    Its probably a bug in that OS , you could try a hard reset or a new leak if you do them,

    In October I changed from a Z10 to a Z30 I am running. OS10.2.1.3442 official release and I have the same problem it happens two or three times a week if I run the virtual expert in sensor test mode it shows no problem and corrects the issue as does re booting, I have not tried the picture way you describe. All I know is at two or three times a week it is a pain. My wife is now using the Z10 on the same software release and she does not seem to have the same problem just as I had no issues with the Z10 in 18 months of use. So i do expect it is a Z30 issue...

    The way to resolve it is to connect the phone to a WALL charger and disconnect it.
