Seems to be a pressure hairline crack at the very top of the device in a half circle just above the 3G/H icon when the screen is turned on. Been using the phone for the past 4 hours and hadn't noticed it until I got into a brightly lit room. Thankfully it doesn't really obstruct screen viewing and isn't overly noticeable hence why I never noticed it. It'll be too expensive to get fixed so won't bother. Oh well.

I made a comment in another post about my Z10 being tight in my front jeans pocket so I would not want a Z30, and it kicked off a discussion about my weight! I like the idea of a bigger screen phone, but I worry it will crack in my pocket like yours has.

I have checked out the z30 yesterday at last in flesh and I also was worried about the screen. It feels too glassy. What I mean is it pops out so much compare to other phones. It is a solid glass screen but may need a good case or holster that fits on your belt.defo not pocket material this phone is.

Just realized mine is cracked. I am sooooo effing pissed right now. I had dropped it at a restaurant yesterday evening and it landed on the corner and then on the back. I didn't notice the hairline crack all until about 1 hour ago.

I had left the freaking screen protector (came from the manufacturer) on it as I was planning to buy a new one and was looking at what case to buy just yesterday. Probably about 1 hour before I dropped the effing thing.

I can't tell you had upset I am right now. I know Verizon can't do anything and I know BB wouldn't do anything. But it's like damn if that's all it takes to get a crack across the whole screen then I am screwed. It was like a freaking 1 foot fall.

It still works fine but now I don't even want to show it to people.. AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
