Good Morning, Wife took a pic of the dog playing in the snow yesterday, got the text and pic. QUESTION! How can I save this text to look at say a few weeks from now? My 9930 had an option to "save", then I could view saved messages, is the z30 capable of this? I can find any save or view saved messages, I am trying to adapt from the 9930, but a lot of small symbols etc. Any ideas? Philip

You can long press on the picture to save just the photo or you can long press and click share the text message and share in remember or Evernote.

I'm sorry ray, but I held down on the text message I want to save, a lot of icons appear on the right screen, I don't see anything that's says "share text/remember or evernote!

The share icon is the 3 circles with lines connecting them. Click on that then it will give you the option of what to share to. In that list, you will find remember and Evernote. Pick the one you want.

Ray for the love of god! lol, on my z30 I went to text messages, put my finger down, it gets highlighted, and right side menu bar pops up, I see NO circles what am I missing!

Go into the text first then long press when in it not in the full list of text messages.

That issue now solved thanks to you! ****your on a roll so here is another one for you, im on T-Mobile in the USA, when I get a phone call from a friend who is in my "contact" list, only the number appears, no name am I missing something AGAIN? I came from sprint using a 9930, never had an issue

No problem man.

Hmmm...what OS are you running?
One thing you could try is this:

Tap Phone Icon, go to settings ( Swipe from top).
Scroll to Smart Dialling.
You will have option for Country Code - Set that to your Country Code. You will also have an option for National Number Length. Enter the number of digits in the local number (excluding Country Code). See if that works and report back and if not I will try to find another fix.

Ray your on a roll! so far you get an A+!!!!!, my phone says 10.2.0.415, now i called t-mobile for this one and they couldnt answer, is there a way to "set" number of rings before it goes to voicemail? phone seems to ring for ever before it goes to voicemail, thanks philip

Found this thread for at&t that may solve the ring before voice mail problem. I don't think it's carrier specific so worth a shot. Check it out and let me know of it works.
