So yesterday I go mountain biking with my son, and I take a tumble, no problem get up and cycle off. Well this morning when I went to power up Z30 big Crack across screen, gestures stop working and speaker sounds like it's in a washing machine. Out comes trust Z10 and oh I miss my Z30 so much. The 10 is sluggish screen way to small and all my contacts are duplicated and battery life is pathetic. Just ordered a pre-owned Z30 from Amazon market place for �90. Don't know how I am going to get thru the next 3 days while waiting for delivery man.

One thing, double check that the one you ordered is the same model Z30 as what you currently have, just to make sure it will work OK on your cell provider.

Pop the rear cover off your broken Z30, look for the white sticker, and read the STA100-# number and then find out if the one you ordered is the same model.

Buy a new screen with housing for 40-70 shipped. Super easy only 8-10 screws and two plugs and your done one of the easiest screens to do. And you can sell it or have a z30 back up
