Have any other Verizon Z30 owners had the issue of plugging in head phones and then not having the volume keys ( hardware) respond at all? I can't mute with them, or pause. Music plays thru them but I can only adjust volume and play / pause thru the main setting app under volume or start and play music thru the actual app I'm using. It's extremely annoying and it's my only gripe so far w the Z30. BTW the controls actually worked one day, well half lol

I have this sometimes, too, but not on a Verizon model...I'm using mine on Rogers in Canada...it's a strange and annoying issue.

I'm on 10.2.0.429 - patiently waiting for 10.2.1 to become official.

One thing I tried this morning before pulling out of the driveway was to start the Music app first, then Waze...it worked all the way into the office...I'll do the same thing going home tonight and see if it works...

I'm on Rogers too with 10.2.0.429 - that's what it came with installed (it's an unlocked one, though, from RIM...maybe that's our difference).

I'm on Verizon in the US. I can try launching the app then plugging in as well. See if that works.
