    We just purchased a z30 and right after the setup when you go to the hub for the first time the phone just shut off and the red light blinked and it re-booted

    It wasn't doing anything that needs re-booting.

    I think their may be a glitch in the z30 software. Update to .1791 and see if that helps.

    Yes OP, can you please check what was the stock OS that came with your Z30? Or a screenshot of the device system info with info on the Z30 variant and location may be helpful for future reference.

    Strange. I have the same sw version and did not happened. Fingers crossed... mine is stable since I got it 4 days ago.

    3 days with my unlocked Z30 and so far so good... running 10.2.0.224 as it was out of the box. More than 15 apps installed (8 sideload via chrome procedure)

    I have z30 also.. I installed the leaked Os.. noe I had issues like "language keyboard swipe ".. I am trying to reload my z30.. but it won't ..

    anyway u should take ur z30 to the agent...

    What carrier are you on. With the Z10 the reboots were a software issue related to the carrier's software tripping a sanity monitor. If a process used too many resources and slowing down the phone, the OS would force a reboot.

    Mine never reboot. 10.2.0.224.
    Anyone loading leaks should not be complaining of reboots.

    As long as it is a one-timer or at least a very rare-timer, I wouldn't really bother with it. My Q10 was rockstable since more than 5 months now, at least until two weeks ago: I had two random reboots within two days, no clue what caused them. However since then, the phone behaves as solid as usual.

    Random reboots, as long as they don't happen too often, are an annoying, yet common problem through all devices and plattforms. Funny thing just yesterday I was reading random comments and opinions about the Lumia 1020 and there have almost as many reboot complains as there have been on our Z10 forums. Happens on Android and even iPhones too...

    Had to reboot mine twice since getting it on Wednesday.

    Not particularly worried as it'll be a software thing as always.

    Sim free on 3 in UK. STA100-2 ver 10.2.0.224.
