Z30 - Priority Calling option

Hi Z30 owners.

I cannot see the "Priority Calling" option under the Phone settings - I can see all the other options such as Call Blocking. I can see it on my Z10 with the leaked OS10.2 installed.
Please note that the Priority Calling works when I ignore a call but I do not have the settings option.

Any ideas of any other settings that must be enabled for the "Priority Calling" option to appear or is the same on your Z30s?

Can you please check on your Z30 and let me know if you can see the option or not
1.In the Phone app, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2.Tap Settings

That certainly is strange. I've just looked in the Phone Settings on my Q10 (running 10.2.1.575 leak) and Priority Calling is there.

That's strange, even I've got it on 10.2.0.1767 stl (100-1) which is the same os the z30's come with right?

Have you done a hard reset? (hold power button until you see the loading square and then let go)

Thanks sayf777 but hard reset has not resolved it. My OS Version is 10.2.0.1521 and model number STA100-2.

I wonder if anybody with a similar Z30 can check their setup and let me know.

Hi stavrich, my Z30 is STA100-2 UK sim free running OS 10.2.0.1521
I have priority calling and fixed dialling numbers options, are you locked to a carrier
Where you are ? Some restrict certain features just a thought,hope you solve it,

I've got a Z30STA100-2/10.2.0.1791. Priority calling is there!

Ok - this confirms that there is something wrong or something has gone wrong with my OS. I have a suspicion that using Link to switch from Z10 to Z30 caused the problem.
It will be too much hustle to re-install OS, having to reactivate it on the BES10 server, re-installing my soft RAS token, password manager and possibly restoring from backup.
I think I will wait for the next update............
