    Hi everybody!
The first thing I thought when I saw all the pictures from the launch event yesterday was "hm, maybe this could actually replace my playbook." Anybody else feels like this could be a decent replacement? I don't think that there will ever be a tablet with BB10 so the Z30 might actually be the next best thing. I could definitely see it as an ebook reader, a gaming device, annotating PDFs, stuff like that. Your thoughts?

Little bit small considering it's still only 5-Inches but whatever, I could see it for some people.

If I had one it would be to use as a small tablet at home and keep my Z10 as my main phone.

Not that this will even come about as funds don't allow buying new phones as they come out. Mine have to last a long time

5" is too small, should be 7" as PB

I think if your thing is to fuse a Z10 with a Playbook the Z30 is perfect. That's exactly the appeal of phablets.

The Z30 is what I would have bought if it was available on launch. Now I have to wait another year and a half to upgrade.

I just may get one to use out and about as a tablet/phone. My Z10 rocks as my prime device, though. At home, I like the PB for reading and surfing the internet, but, when the browser crashes or really hangs, I do get frustrated enough to pull out the laptop.

I was thinking of getting the Z30 as a replacement for both the PlayBook and my Z10. The only thing holding me back is not having a handy keyboard like the PlayBook had. Maybe they will release a dumb tablet?

Well my Z10 knocked my PlayBook out, so I could see the Z30 doing the same for others.

When I got my Z10 I stopped using my PlayBook as much, so I can certainly see the larger Z30 making the PlayBook unnecessary. If I get it, it would replace both my PlayBook & Z10 as far as usefulness.

The BlackBerry Z30 is too small to be a replacement for the BlackBerry PlayBook.

I would prefer the Z30 over PlayBook. It's more versatile for my usage.

If it had a dock on day one it would temp me but then I wouldn't have uses for my PlayBook's.
