I'm just wondering if I should get the Z30 now or wait for the passport? I broke my phone so I need a new one ASAP and I think the Z30 is lookin like a good option!

I'm just saying cause I have one. Well I have had them all actually. This Z30 us a beast if a phone I'm living it. Great battery nice screen,and you can't slow it down.

Well the passport isn't available for probably 10 weeks so it's not really an option for ASAP. The Z30 is a really solid phone though even if it's coming up to a year on the market.

It's suppose to be really good for work as the size of the screen you will be able to see sheets and stuff better. But I don't have any problems with my 30, but can't wait to look at the passport when it comes.

I would say go and get yourself a Z30. It's a great phone.

The Passport will be expensive when it comes out and you will probably want to wait a few months to hear people's opinions on it. So you're realistically 6 months away from owning one.

Get the Z30 for now and when the BlackBerry Passport comes out, if you decide it's what you want instead, you can always sell the Z30 and put the money towards the buying a shiny new passport.

I've got a z30 and love it. I'd go for it. I'm more than likely going to get a passport at launch in the US. As someone said above you can always sell the z30 and get the Passport

I've bought both white and black and they are amazing. The passport is an all new device with a new screen size and keyboard. Know one really knows how long it will take devs to adapt the major apps, and if they keyboard will work out for most..

My white Q10 developed a sticky E key, so had to get a new one. Just got a brand new white Z30 and THIS is the best Blackberry I have EVER owned. It feels very premium and smooth and really makes the OS shine.

If it helps, the White version has been on sale for $399 at shopblackberry.com since Tuesday.

Passport looks like exceptional build and will be very elite/premium looking when it comes out. But now that BBRY is ceding to Android for apps, you might have a difficult time getting those apps to run on a square form factor. If you are a keyboard lover, then I'm also not sure that you would like the Passport keyboard, it is not the familiar typing experience we've been used to.

You can't get LTE on AT&T right? If I remember correctly only the -1 (I think) would work with AT&T LTE but it was never released, but just wanted to make sure since you are you using it.

I'm in the same situation. Was about to buy a Z30 but started to follow the news of the Passport and getting more and more interested. I'm in love with the virtual keyboard of BlackBerry 10 but the qwerty keyboard of the Passport sounds amazing. And I like the screen and the design of the Passport.

I thought about this but I ended up buying a Z30 NOW. Sure the passport is a beast and I would have waited if it was a full touch so I opted for the full touch form factor ( I had a Z10 and was happy with it).
Hopefully they will upgrade our phone work for Passports next year "
