I may never been carried by TMO US. I fear.
It has certainly never been carried by TMO USA but most likely it will be; and if AT&T picks it up TMO will definitely launch it (though probably only online.)

No thanks; I always bought all my Sony devices retail/unlocked but only due to lack of availability through TMO - because unfortunately having such a device means no Wifi Calling, no HD Voice package from your provider (they are only available on devices they sell.)
Since TMO is usually actually a tad even cheaper than retail and they will unlock it if you buy it full price I don't see how would it make sense to buy it anywhere else... wait & see what happens by January, that's my advice. :)
Does anyone know which STA100 model they are selling? Hopefully its the STA100-1
