    Hi Crackberry users,
I travel a lot with my Berry and I am now using a Z30 that would like to use also like a Navigator running Here with the maps of the countries where I travel.
Any idea how to allow this device to work with them?
Are there any other free solutions that don't use data roaming?
    All the best,

NavFree. You can download the maps you need by country or by region using wifi and store them on the device. After use (when holidays are over or so) you can also delete maps and release the space. You can run the app without any network connection.

NavFree and Genius Maps don't require data. Genius has a paid option for turn by turn navigation but you don't have to use it.

I use Osmand. Also free, but cards are limited to 10 free downloads. I use it as a backup when hiking.

Amazon app store has a slightly newer version..

It is free, can download country maps for offline use and has basic routing.

Mireo Don't Panic was (is???) an app that downloads maps in advance (wifi or data to download) but they are not cheap. In addition, the company recently released a different app but alienated users by not offering any upgrade path - users would have to pay for the new maps for the new app.
