Blackberry doesn't exist here. I doubt they would have sent me one from Canada.

As for the shop: that's indeed a possibility, I guess :-(

Does browser reader mode serve the same purpose?

Not entirely. Reader mode doesn't work on many sites. This was one of the main reasons why I left BB10.

On the positive side, I spent some time in a Verizon store comparing the display of the Z30 to my S4, much to the annoyance of the sales rep. I could discern no difference in quality; the Z30 was excellent. As far as that goes, I'd get one in a minute.

I dont agree with the screen. I dont know why everyone on review saying the screen resolution is bad on the Z30 because I never seen a phone so beautifully colourful. My pictures show way better on my z30 than my macbook pro. Maybe it's not the best quality resolution, but it's enough for my eyes.... better than that I will not see it.

Screen size (perfect, no bigger it's perfect like that)
the cover case (the case for the Z30 make my phone protected and look so classy. it's beautiful.
The sound: great quality of audio.
The first day you need to learn all the tricks and moved, but after really easy to used.
Loves the map application
best keyboard ever.
Battery really good. Unless you used your phone crazy you will not need to recharged it everyday... maybe every two days.

Low
Camera (this and nothing is the same)
Little bit heavy
Hard to views some website not compatible with blackberry
Pricy... in Canada you need an expensive plan to get the z30
Low customize. (i wish we could customize the home screen when it,s lock.... we see the number of call missed, emails, text... would love to see my exemple also the weather or something else... customize....

Maybe this phone doesn't stand out in specs.... but it does mostly all you wish for, and it's canadian, and it's blackberry and it's still the best touch creen typing experience. Love my Z30 and will recommend to anyone despite the terrible camera.
