I just got off the phone with an AT&T sales rep at customer care, and she confirmed that their system shows that they will be carrying the Z30 in June, although no specific date is shown. Incidentally, at the conclusion of the lengthy conversation we had, she said I sold her on BlackBerry and really wants to try it out.

I dont think you'll want a Z30 in June.. especially when the S5 is supposedly dropping in April and other devices etc. Look for BlackBerry to probably have a successor to the Z30 announced and hopefully launched by then *fingers crossed*

Wouldn't that be par for the course with a US carrier? I mean they release OS updates to the masses after BB already released a newer OS, so why not release the phone to the masses after BlackBerry releases it's successor.

SEVEN months after it launched on Verizon? WOW.

BlackBerry needs to cut out the middleman and just sell it on its own website.

This phone will be reviewed AGAIN because it will be on at&t, and it will go up against the S5 and bigger iPhone. The results won't be pretty.

BlackBerry probably won't have a successor to the Z30 by then. All they've mentioned is the Jakarta for "emerging markets" aka nowhere near the U.S. I think John Chen said MAYBE another device sometime this year, but if you read between the lines, that would put whatever the "other device" is in the second half of this year. And even still, I think it will be a high end full qwerty device aimed at the business users BlackBerry has now devoted itself to almost exclusively.

I'd LOVE to think there will be an update to the Z30 at ANY POINT in 2014, but I'd be kidding myself if I actually thought that.

Smh...Blackberry should definitely sell this device via their website. The z30 looks like a great device, however it will be long forgotten come June. AT&T /Blackberry ought to be ashamed.

I read somewhere that AT&T has much more of a corporate business with BlackBerry than a retail/consumer business. Probably that focus is now increasing with the renewed focus on enterprise. Best way to get an AT&T Z-30 seems to be by working for a company that provides its employees with phones. Looks like students, and folks not working for those companies are going to be SOL for quite a while.
