Guys, this was some customer rep on the phone who looked in their "system". Really? I think it would be announced before it would show up in some magical "system" that this person looked up.
I suggest someone else call and ask another rep to check the system for it.

The fact that the rep said June which is Six Months!! Six Months from now! C'MON MAN!! Like I said those reps don't know whats coming out anymore than you and I are able to gather from our tech sources. She was simply roping him in to staying with AT&T for at least another six months. LOL!! That is one rep I would hope AT&T would send me a survey on so I could tell them what line of s*&! she fed me!!!

Even though I didn't believe it was coming in "June". I called AT&T myself and spoke to a supervisor as well as a customer service rep and they stated there is nothing in there system as to if and when it was coming. As someone else stated they probably just told this person June so that they stayed with AT&T for another 6 months. As long as a AT&T compatible Z30 is made available I will be purchasing one whether its through BlackBerry or AT&T.

Marketing has EVERYTHING to do with this!

Nobody (except the few fans on CB) even knows about the Z30. Jeez, most don't even know about the Z10. So there is no demand... so there is no incentive for cell providers to carry it.

If there were demand, they would be clamoring to carry it... guaranteed.

Of course it's about marketing... pure and simple.
