Can anyone recommend a Z30 case that won't add a lot of bulk but will still protect it reasonably well?

I have the transform case and a screen protector, no added bulk at all and good protection!

Otterbox defender, I teared out the screen protector though it didn't let me swipe comfortably when in landscape mode. Also got the BB flip case, very good, since you change it for the back door it doesn't make it bulky, but I don't use it every day, the otterbox is the daily driver.

Try the commuter it does t add much bulk and it makes it a bit better to hold I find.

I have tried three cases so far. The Otterbox Commuter, Greatshield case(got off of Amazon), and I just got the Otterbox Defender in White /gray. The Commuter was bulky to me, the one that added the least bulk was the Greatshield, but overall I prefer the Defender it just seems perfect for the phone. I just removed the screen protector from the defender as I already had one on that I bought from Verizon.

I have to agree, the Otterbox Defender is the best overall case. I have also removed the built-in screen protector.

I have the otterbox defender. I removed the screen protector and put my own on it. There are no other cases that come close to it and plus the fact that there are really only a handful of them makes it an easy choice

Such a shame, can't get the otterbox in the UK yet. Been desperate to get my hands on one.

I use the OEM swivel holster. Pretty good, frees up a pocket, doesn't add any bulk to the phone.

I got the blackberry Flip stand case in white which is OK for very basic protection, but I dropped it a few times and the case popped off almost damaging the phone and scratching it badly. Since then, now for daily use, on a construction site and being a frequent traveler I bought the Otterbox Commuter. It strong enough for me without being too bulky, but get the Otterbox Defender if you need "throw it at a brick wall" type toughness :-) or you go hiking or really off the beaten path. The Z30 is a really nice phone and I like to keep my stuff looking good, and I find the Otterbox "Commuter" gives it really good all round protection without being too bulky. Highly recommended.

    Cheers,

    Paul

Frustrating when I'm looking for a case and no retailers selling them. I hate having my phone naked and unprotected

I have the transform case and the leather (nugget) pouch. I use the traffic case around the house or when using it for media. I take the leather sleeve to work and when I'm out and about. The sleeve gets a lot of attention and compliments.

Otterbox commuter is best...defender outside gets lint and fuzz to stick on it too much.

Either way, the Otterbox cases help stiffen up the volume keys.

Are there any good cases with a holster and a built-in kick stand?
I use this one from PureGear for my Z10:
PureGear - Case with kickstand + holster for BlackBerry Z10
I like being able to put the device in a portrait or landscape kick stand mode, and the belt clip holster is a must for me.

I'm hoping there is something similar to this for the Z30.

I like leather flip, plus screen protector. Simple, light, effective. I keep looking to see if Sena has a case but nothing yet. On my Z10 I had two wonderful Sena leather cases, wallet and a flip both with extra pockets for business cards, credit card.

Flip Case but the leather sleeve should be in my mailbox today.

I bought the Z30 ProClip Car Mount (Z30 specific no case version) so the phone goes in naked. The sleeve will give me protection while I'm moving with the device.

So I like to use a simple case that allows me to put a TPU skin on the phone but the BB leather pouch will not fit the phone with the TPU. I went to GSM Arena and compared phone sizes and measured the phone with the TPU. The phone cases for the Sony Xperia Z1 allow enough room to just put in the TPU'ed phone in to a case. SFBags (Waterfield) makes a suede pouch for this phone which if you purchase with a pocket on the back allows one to remove the magnet from an old OEM Bold case and with a piece of duct tape under the pocket you can make one hell of a sweet TPU-holding, Z30, automag-shutoff case that protects and cleans your screen with minimal bulk for less than $20 delivered. And it gives you something to do with your old Bold and other cases. Just sayin.

I saw flip case with back fit from OEM sometime back on CB. I love to have this since it will not be bulky and adding any extra in back. Why BlackBerry is not promoting this flop case? All online places, it is shown as out of stock.
