Deleted Android Apps taking up all of my storage! I've trashed nearly 10 Android apps yet Amazon and Yelp still recognizing as I still have them.
I've seen that this has been a problem for almost 2 years now, but have yet to find a simple solution! I'm still running 10.3.2.2836 and not really wanting to do the 10.3.3.1463 update as I've heard it has many issues.

Any simple solution? My "System" is running over 5GB!

When is the last time you did a clean install and just started over?

Amazon App isn't something you can delete, and if you've never used it... it isn't taking up much space. Yelp, might be a carrier app.... not sure about deleting it.

"System" is over 5GB.... 5GB of what, storage? Device monitor doesn't even show "System" under storage for me. It is the top thing under Memory... but it can't be bigger than the RAM - nines at 219MB.

Have you installed the runtime fix for 10.3.2.2836? There's a bug that prevents Android apps from fully uninstalling.

I believe Dunt's suggestions to reinstall OS is probably best solution now. Saw it recommended on another thread as well.

How do you do a "clean install"? Would it still be the same OS or the newer 10.3.3 update?

I believe you can use an older 10.3.2 autoloader instead of 10.3.3 search threads for instructions or hopefully a better experienced friend of mine can pick up here. We've hit the upper end of my skill level.

Haha, ok thanks. I rarely come on here anymore and haven't updated my OS in 2 yrs. Been happy with it and didn't want to create new issues from 10.3.3. I'm not very experienced with autoloaders and really anything "techy" on my Z30 . Lucky if I even do a backup once a year lol

At this point suggestion would be the new BB Motion or different Android slab of your choice. Sounds like you've gotten money's worth from Z30 and it needs rest.

If you don't want 10.3.3.xxxx you can get the 10.3.2.2813 autoloader (which I recommend) which has a good android runtime. Just go to Thurask's OS repository (search here on CB). Download to your PC, plug your device into PC, run the autoloader and start fresh. This is destructive so all your infor will be wiped, so you may want to backup with an app such as Ultimate Backup (BBW) beforehand. I believe you are at the point where a clean reload is necessary.

edit: here is a link- just scroll to bottom and pick the z30 autoloader https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...3oxOHhCdDhFVW8
