it really is a beast, this is mine running on 1055 for few days now. Just doesn't die by the time i go to sleep nor does it die when i wake up, normally charge it for around 2 hours before i head off for a long day at uni

Mine hasn't been as good, but I just got it and loaded the leak yesterday so I'm sure in a few days I'll see this great battery life. Main reason I upgraded from the z10.

I am on 10.2.0.429, so I don't see that wicked interface, but I managed to see under SYSTEM/ABOUT/Category- Hardware.

i took phone off charge at 7:30, it is 4:50, and it shows 62% charge, by the time I will go to bed, I will look at number, but bar will be very small, I'd estimate at 10-20%, so I am gettning nowhere near the charge people are bragging about... i will post number, and will list apps and usage pattern tonight.

This is pretty consistent for me. Normally I go to bed with the battery at about 20% charge.

EDIT: Just to add to this. I was on LTE most of the day. Wifi from the time I got home at 8pm.

10:50 (6 hours later) Battery is at 30%...

Final check-in of the day: Battery is at 28%.

Here's my profile:
-I charge phone overnight every night: Haven't check numbers but I assume it is fully charged when I took it off, usually at about 7:00 am.
-7:00 - 9:00: Wi-fi at home
- followed by 10 minutes on LTE network,
- then, 40 minutes underground, travelling on subway
- 10:00 am - 7:00 pm: wi-fi in office
-reverse home, then wifi until going to bed.
-Blue tooth is on, connect headphones to listen to music and most of the time play some game on route. for 40 minutes to and 40 minutes back.
-Average to high BBM and emails throughout the day, moderate to average use of camera...

Does this all add up? I mean I was usually running out by early evening on my Bold, but I still wouldn't consider that "insane power".
Maybe reading those preliminary reviews set my expectations too high.

Not that it makes much a difference since I charge it overnight, but where did the "Auto-on/Auto-off" feature go?

I love my Z30 which I have now for a few months.
Still, I am not getting the battery life as many rave about... It does not bother me that much because after overnight charge I put Z30 on charger in office so when I go out for meetings or back home it will be full anyway.

I wonder though if something is wrong with my battery somehow...

My Sync Interval is greyed out on MANUAL. I have three email accounts running which are Office 365 Accounts.

My GMAIL account interval is 4 hours. That's it.

I've yet to experience this battery life as I had a son card the problem the last few days, now that that's fixed ima gonna test it. I'm used to having my phone charge all night and putting it on again at work be nice to charge for 2 hours and go 24 hours off that charge

First week I was impressed but not that impressed. Now into week two it's almost like my battery doubled in life. I took it off the charger at about 9:45 this morning and here it is still at 60% at 9:45pm. I used it on and off pretty much all day. Streamed a couple of shows, opened apps on and off, streamed about an hour worth of music, answered a few emails.... all I can say is awesome! I will never have to worry about charging my battery during the day anymore!

I charge overnight indeed. Plug in at midnight and take it off at 07:00.

Then when in office I have it plugged in on my desk as well.

I am really confused about my battery life...This morning I had two phone calls, answered about 5 emails, watched a 3 minute video and further just been reading Flipboard and Crackberry articles.

See my battery life of this morning... Not by far as good as most of you rave about!
What can this be..."Monday morning battery"...?!?
