    Do an OS reload via link and then restored your backup. I have had the same problem and the only way to fix it is to reload the operating system.

    I haven't had the issue.
    Possibly because before updating, I'm using beta bbm which I got from one these threads.
    The one where beta zona or something posted.
    This bbm is where U can see the picture in group chat.

    Try to do that first. Maybe it will help.

    I was running that too but still had bbm getting 54% overnight on the 10.3 leak.
