Some STA100-5's got LTE on AT&T already, depending on where they were - if AT&T is using the bands the phone has.

I'm in Houston TX and generally would never see LTE though recently I have noticed it occasionally depending on what part of town I'm in. I'm on 10.3.2.440 now, but I noticed prior to that update, when I was still on 10.3.1.1784:



So I guess what I'm saying is, I wouldn't think it has anything to do with an O/S update.

Lte on att can be sporadic. You might see it even in rural areas. Just depends.
