So my wife is ready for an upgrade and I want to save a little $. Verizon has the z30 for $199 and amazon has it for $99....so my question is, if I get it on amazon and something goes wrong with the phone that is a warranty issue, i.e. screen stops working, headphone jack issue, I'm guessing I can't take it into verizon for a replacement right? I'll have to deal with amazon and mail it back??
Any experience out there with dealing with warranty issues with amazon?
amazon works with carriers so if you buy a branded phone on a verizon contract then you should be able to take it to a verizon store and they can square away the warranty issues if you have them.
Should still not have a problem with replacement through vzw. On a device such as this I highly recommend the extended Insurance...which will cover device regardless
I purchase my phones off contract and I have won several devices in contests. I pay for insurance through VZ and it has always covered the phone I've activated regardless of how they were acquired.

Several devices? Lucky dog... i cant even win a BlackBerry sticker lol. Im saving all my luck for the z50 i guess...
Hopefully you're not in a hurry to get that Z30 from Amazon though.
My father in law bought one last week when CrackBerry first posted about it and he still is waiting. They're out of stock at this time.
