If you set a wallpaper from any wallpaper apps, it only sets it for the home screen and not the lock screen. How sad... what can be done?

Settings/Security and Privacy/Lock Screen/Tap Select Lock Screen Wallpaper.

For a third party option:
Home Screen Plus, formerly Wallpaper Changer HD, allows you to put a lock screen wallpaper with the ability to add addition info, such as battery level and weather.

Maybe I didn't explain myself well enough, my bad. What I meant was, I know how to change it, it's just that third party apps directly change the home screen they don't change the lock screen too when I select wallpapers from their collection.

Am I losing the plot or does anyone understand me lol.

Ahhh, OK, I understand.
I'm not 100% sure if the lock screen API allows for automated changing wallpapers, as can be done on the home screen.
Perhaps this question would be best answered in the BlackBerry 10 Apps forums:
