I agree. It's amazing software, I love it. I just wish it had been tested better beforehand.

Now I can only hope the people here on the forum blindly defending BlackBerry on this will stop telling people it's all ok and not to worry. I'm a small business owner and a single parent with a special needs child. Having my phone become useless because of this update isn't cool at all

The last time I spoke to a BlackBerry rep they admitted that this was a problem after the update 10.3.1
They are trying to resolve this issue.

Hope so that they have the fix soon.... but its atleast good to admit rather than shy away... Hopefully if they have the issue then I may wake up my dead z10!

This issue appears to happen if you let the battery deplete and try to charge it, it won't come on, but the device still works and is visible over HDMI. Make sure to report the issue to blackberry, tweet them, log a ticket with your carrier, etc.
