    Is anyone else having an issue with the unlock runtime not working on the Z30. When I go into my of is also says no information available under the software release.

    Software release has nothing to do with the runtime, and in fact has nothing to do with anything.

    What's the problem with the runtime?

    I sideloaded runtime 10.2.1.13 and some of my apps work, but some (kijiji, songza, netflix, etc) are saying there is "no network connection".

    Network errors with the 10.2.1 runtimes is a known problem. Try cycling Airplane Mode.
