Nice. Thanks for sharing. I see you're with Wind. So I'm assuming that is the carrier you're referring to?

Please, take off the back and check for a removable battery.

I know it's almost confirmed, but a man can always hope.

There is no removable battery. My pet theory on the removable back is that it's there to support optional wireless charging or Samsung Galaxy style flip covers.

I demand one! (I tried to teach my Z10 how to swim in my washing machine). Waaah!! No insurance. First of 5 BBs I damaged. It is BlackBerry's fault - ZED is just too dang lite. Gotta get a Z30. Waaah!! Doc Neutron

How does the Z30 screen compare to the Z10? Any noticeable differences? Seems like a lot of people are bummed out about the PPI

The Z30 looks very cool. Although I'm irritated that the Z30 doesn't have a removable battery. Having a removable battery gives the user the freedom to have more batteries, and access to the phone if it freezes. I love my Z10 because I can get to the battery.

Why do phone makers go with non-removable batteries? I am not sure I see the point in doing that to consumers. I can't figure that out with Apple products. I'd hate to see Blackberry follow Apple, Sony, and HTC phones.

Z30 is a very cool phone, but it's not for me.

You need a Sony Xperia: an older Go or current top-tier Z or ZR or the upcoming Z Ultra or Z1 - they are all waterproof, current/upcoming ones being IP57/58, respectively, so they could withstand a shorter run in your washing machine as long as you use cold water and discover the accident within 30 minutes (and only use cold water, of course.)

    Welcome to CB!

Back on topic, I wished this device had something.. like, waterproofing, scratch resistant glass, bigger aperture, superb low light photos, slowmo video recording, faster shutter speed, 4k recording, etc. at least one of those, to attract prople.

The removable back also allows them to have a clean back on the phone without, FCC ratings, "Made in", etc
