Mine is. All I can say if this true is that this BEAST-Z30 is worth every penny.
Please can Z30 owners corroborate my observation. Thanks.

Can you post a screen shot? On the OS10 phones it shows a button labeled unlock, as in the verb, press me to unlock with a code. An unlocked phone will show the network as unlocked.

I think the OP is wrong. It says unlocked under sim card in security, but I tried putting my rogers sim in and it said the phone needs to be unlocked.

I have done that but how do I blurr or block out my cell phone number before posting it. Thanks

Is your Rogers sim card configured to work on Z30? Just curious.

Didn't think about that, but it worked in my Z10 and Q10, although I didn't have a sim card in the phone when I took the screen shot.

Yes the phones are locked you have to get the code from an unlocker service or from your provider and enter after pushing the unlock network button

Just like I've posted in other threads and have the same people responding, there is no free lunch people, think about it why would any carrier sell you an unlocked phone? They make there money not from selling the phone but from the monthly service fees. Just buck up buy the phone and use a service for $40 or $+50 and get it unlocked

Hey Peevish who did you use? I've had great success with cellunlocker.net and the crackberries site

To be fully unlocked you should see this. If not you may only see the first two showing unlocked. Service provider unlocked means it is unlocked.

Did you check your junk mail folder? I waited for 3 days and grew increasingly pissed, only to find that it was sent, within seconds...to my junk mail folder.
