Only day 2 with my new Thirty but besides the amazing build quality and unbelievable battery life, I can't believe the quality of the antenna in this phone! Where I live I could sometimes pull down LTE (1 maybe 2 bars at best) with my Z10 and Nexus 5 but with this bad boy I'm holding 4 to 5 bars all the time LTE!!! The speeds are also increased as you can see in the picture above! I have found my absolute PERFECT phone! Thanks to this community and some of the contacts I've made here ;-) certainly appreciate all of you, so thank you!

Nice! I'm loving my super speeds as well (see below). And in comparison, my friends iPhone 5S got 1/4 of my speed test when done side by side.

Haven't had a Q10 to compare, but like others her have posted I can see a marked improvement in reception on my Z30 vs my previous Z10.

Ditto for me here, at home anyway. I sometimes turn off Wi-Fi for downloads since I have enough data left over always. And at home that's often with HSPA+, not LTE.

I was most excited for the battery life and next for the screen size. I didn't believe the Paratek hype until I got my Z30. Totally after with you. Pulling in LTE where I couldn't before, plus I get phone & data reception in my work parkade when I never could before.

The craziest for me is the Bluetooth reception. It's almost too strong!
My wife turned onto our street awhile back while I was at home, and my call jumped to the car... while it was at the end of the block!

Only place I don't notice much improvement if any is with Wi-Fi. It will sometimes hold on to a Wi-Fi signal as I move pretty far away, but there's no signal quality there.
I have a feeling this is software-related since many others on here have posted about various Wi-Fi issues on 10.2.1.

i don't think Paratek chipset includes wifi, or maybe Paratek designs the software but not the wifi chip but the radio & the bluetooth are, I believe, are designed & made by Paratek itself. however, those speed tests are.. AMAZING!!!

i had 1 experience where all my iFriends and Galaxiers couldn't get a good signal to maintain its internet connectivity therefore their phones were draining like crazy, my Z30 still could manage to soldier along for the day with light to moderate usage whereas my friends ended up switching their data connectivity off as they couldn't afford of getting their phones dead before midnight. so yeah.. Paratek is something and it is only #poweredbyBlackBerry10!

a guy with an IPhone got onto the elevator, the doors closed and I heard that all too familiar disconnect tone. Just for grins I checked my Z30 .....yep a full five bars, in an elevator, doors closed and going up.
