Why oh why does it have to be an AT&T Z30?

Can they use that logo without permission? Hmm...

The pessimist in me says that the AT&T logo is a placeholder, judging by this Kopi/Cafe back shot:

Is not a placeholder, is a test unit for AT&T, preproduction devices have the traditional company sticker, and they can't use any carrier logos.

I know AT&T been testing some of those devices since late September early October.

Thanks. I was wondering how they could put AT&T's logo on a device without permission, and if that meant the device had passed through as well.

Now how did CB/Simon Sage get his hands on a AT&T test unit? (hopefully you guys see where I'm going with this)

The very first leaks of Z30 pictures and videos all had AT&T logos.
Also I posted somewhere here, there is an active ebay listing with 20+ Z30 battery covers with AT&T logo on them. I don't know if that means AT&T scrapped the idea of Z30 and now liquidating.

I think that was Todd's device, is usual that execs use those devices.

And as far as I know AT&T didn't scrape the Z30, I believe there's more to the story then what we know.

The plot thickens! (Or maybe not. Maybe it's just a true temporary "exclusive" that Verizon got.)
