Gave my sister a Verizon Z30 and she has been using picture password since she's had it. Stopped working a few days ago. She came over yesterday and I went through it turned password off and on again, then turned picture password on and had her hit the power button to lock. Waited a few and to unlock she had to use the numeric one. Went back to settings and picture password automatically turned itself off. Did this twice.

She was running out the door to go home and she just sent me a BBM that she's so annoyed lol. Told her to hold the volume keys until it restarts and try again. Anybody have their picture password automatically turn itself off like that?

What 10.3.1 OS is she on?

She is actually on Verizon so probably some version of 10.2 but...

Just got a few BBMs since I told her to reboot with the volume keys and...

Me = Cool B) ...the reboot worked I'm sure, but is your picture password staying on? I just posted a question on CB as to why it would automatically shut itself off and any fixes =/

Didn't realize the picture password was that important to her lol, but looks like a reboot using the volume keys fixed it. Guess not much troubleshooting there. Hopefully it stays on. If not she'll BBM me I'm sure. Thanks though.
