Please help me solve this... My phone had successfully reset but the phone won't turn on.
See the screenshot. Yes! It has successfully connected but my phone has no display. Only a blank screen and a red or rainbow color led display is showing.. Please help me fix this!

Why won't my Z30 turn on after a factory reset?-182015.jpg

Try signing out of Link and then signing in again. Then connect. See if that helps.

I did sir but nothing works but only a display on the RED led and a blank screen for it.

You screen might be dead. Call your phone if it's on and see if it rings.

Edit: d'oh, it won't ring. I had the exact same thing as you. It was my screen died.

    You're phone is just "stuck"
I recommend you install a autoloader.
You can find many in crackberry forum, the version is up to you to find.
But once you have downloaded the autoloader, plug your phone and run the other loader.
The autoloader will start and take about an hour to install.
After that your phone should be good to go.

    Trust me on this.

Download another autoloader that you find in the crackberry forum. Maybe the one you downloaded was faulty.
My friend had the same issue.

Download the one that is compatible with your device. You can see the model on the box or under the back case.

If you do not sign in your BlackBerry account on your phone you can't connect to BlackBerry Link.. (BlackBerry Link also has to be signed in the same BlackBerry account)

Happened to me. One day after work I went to wake my phone and nothing happened. I held the power button to reboot it, red flash of led and nothing. I did a hold both volume keys reboot. Red flash of led, nothing. When I got home I installed my autoloader. Finished, red flash of led, nothing. Opened link and it told me setup wasn't completed. This was a replacement screen I put in. I still had my old cracked screen to put in, did and what do you know. My phone was working. Of course I had to set it up since I reinstalled the OS.
