this isnt about the q10. My z10 had a longer cord too. Its just the z30 that has the tiny cord, yet comes with a more powerful charger.

I have USB cables everywhere, car truck house office. The little cable is ridiculous but I carry my little USB cable in my backpack everywhere I go. Worth its' weight in gold! It has bailed me and my friends out many times

Does anyone who got on through an online order (not reserved) or through phone know how long it generally takes to be received?

Seriously! Good luck with Rogers.. I had a terrible time trying to get one on an outright purchase. Anyway I'm sure by now you can go in a store and have them do up an order for you which may help to speed things along. My guess.

That's too bad. I've heard that other carriers are giving the same issue. I'll be getting it on contract so hopefully no problems. I'm hoping retention hooks me up or I'll be headed to Bell or Telus.

Oh wow, I'm using my Z10 charger (since it's the same) I haven't even opened the Z30 charger or cord yet, but man that's small, I'm glad I still have other left over cords

It's not the same my Z10 is 750 mA and my Z30 is 850mA personally I would cracking open the new one, oh and physically the Z30 charger I have is about 2.5 times the size of the Z10/standard BlackBerry charger

Maybe take a look to make sure

No other bb has ever had a cord this short haha, i had to swap out the cord for a longer one.
