    Hi everyone

    I have been trying to text my work and all the time I get a message stating "Short Message Transfer Rejected" I can't seen to fix this. any suggestions

    Have you tried doing a hard reset?
    Did you come from an iPhone originally?

    It worked briefly. Now it is just to one number for work when I responded to shifts. Can't figure it out. I can't reset in the system. How do I hard reset my z30. And will I loose my apps and settings?

    If you haven't

    Try a restart:

    Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

    Almost anything is possible. Ask your phone or IT coordinator.

    I've encountered this recently....
    The cell phone I was sending to was blocking all anonymous calls/texts (I don't have my number displayed) so I enabled my number display, then the receiving Android phone accepted my texts.
    There is a call block and forward action via Android.

    There might not be anything wrong with the BlackBerry.

    Am? Are you sending to a full 10 digit # or to number like 45645? From what I understand the carrier has to have the # in their system as a valid short code.

    I went to my carrier. They deemed it's not there end. Not my sim card. It must be on the other end. Also found out that another Co worker has the same problem with a different carrier same phone. Another coworker has the same phone same carrier no issues. So work must have it on there end. As for the number it is a #647362 type number as its an automated system we are texting back. Just recently having issues. I contacted my company and they can't figure it out either. Go figure.
