Someone tried to use my Z30 and caused a security wipe, since then I restored it from a previous backup but my Email's disappear with in a day or two and sometimes with in a couple hours. The sync timeframe is set at 7 days. I have deleted all 3 accounts shut down the phone the reloaded the accounts the next day but they still disappear. Two of the accounts are AOL and the third account is my company website address. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have discovered that if i do not open my MS Outlook 2007 to read my email that it still stays on my device but as soon as I open Outlook it will delete the email from my Z30. Even if i did not open the email on Outlook it still deletes them read or unread, all it takes is opening the program. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thought about doing a factory reset but would rather not if there is a fix for my problem.

It sounds as if Outlook is set to sync and that when you open it, it deletes the older items?? Is there a setting in Outlook you can change?

I did change one account to save on the server and it seems to work... going to try the other 2 accounts thanks for the idea
