    I have a Blackberry Z30 on 10.3, all my Android Apk apps stopped working it says " unfortunately,the process com.android.systemapps has stopped." no updates have been made I restared the phone several times

    is that apps alot seems like those apps will never start app again i had shazam for searching music after it showed me this messsage i had a problem to start it and I delete it. maybe reinstall the apps with the same number as were installed at your phone do not update because you do not now if newer versions will work at all

    Did you add any new apps, native, Android, other? Any new OS update?

    How did you restart the phone? Try a restart:

    Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

    If you have a Z10: If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

    I have a similar problem. My Amazon App Store won't work unless I'm on WiFi (see attachment) . I have reset my phone using the the volume rocker buttons, the hold the top button for 30 seconds and the soft restart. Anyone have suggestions that don't evolve Re installation of the OS. Thanks.

    The same thing has happened to me, but no one seems to know why. None of my Android apps anymore.

    I ended up loading up the new release. I find doing security wipes before new installs always helps.
