While synching to Z30 to my Mac, an update popped up. The update was last night and it stalled a few minutes after it began... With the update stalled, my phone is shut down and I cannot disconnect it. What can I do? Help!

you can't unplug your phone from the mac and turn it on?
You are probably going to lose everything and have to reload the OS anyway.
