Does anyone know why my Z30 complete erases all info of the phone and reverts to a completely fresh OS install any time the phone reboots??
Any way to stop this from happening?
Does anyone else have this problem?

My OS is, but I have had this problem on older versions.

My phone usually never dies from the battery so it is not a problem. I upgraded to so I thought maybe it would stop happening.
I went through security at the airport and turn my phone off. After turning on the phone reset everything and erased everything off my phone including pictures, apps, and contacts.
I had my battery die once and had the same problem.
I backed up an did tests and every time I reboot everything erases.

I dont remember this from 10.2 days, but so far on three different 10.3 OSes it does this.
It is rather annoying to have to re-setup my email and install all my apps, but I also lose pictures.
Also install snap is a pain as I have to connect to a computer to reinstall it.

It definitely still erased everything after I ran the fix and rebooted.

I setup the wifi and deleted some icons and then rebooted again.
This time it seems to have worked, so it may be OK.
I added my email and rebooted. Everything was saved this time, so it worked.

So the fix works, but their 'fix' knowlegebase article says nothing about it still erasing your phone one more time.
