    All of a sudden my corporate email stopped syncing. I removed account and added it back and the messages started syncing then they stopped again. Exchange 2013. Device Z30.

    Seen that too with a customer. Never found the root cause. Most users are now on iPhones and no issues of this kind.

    Open a ticket with T-support and have them debug.

    The question is whether Microsoft 365 will withdraw it's support from BlackBerry services in coming weeks or months...
