    my bb z30 keep on saying network disabled, i tryed to enable it but didnt work , i deleted the saved network and i tryed to connect to it and it didnt work , i restareted my network didnt work too!! what should i do now ,, my ipad and laptop are connected to the network but my bb wont , whats wrong with it

    same here!

    people will tell you here that is the problem with your router
    or that you should try another radio
    or that you have to restart device

    or many additional things that never worked

    ITS OS BUG , no one want to admit that that the fact

    wifi is ruined on 10.3.1

    restart your phone, not the router. that happened to me and i started a thread on this a few weeks back. The issue happened again with my Q10 after a couple of weeks, but after restarting, all is well again....until a few weeks later, maybe.

    Try:
    - turn off WiFi on the phone
    - delete all WiFi profiles
    - restart phone by pressing both Volume Up and Down buttons for 30 seconds
    - turn on WiFi
    - recreate the WiFi profile

    I had this even on the 1154 leak. Deleted profile. Reboot phone and recreate profile for WiFi. Seemed to work.

    All you have to do is forget or delete the saved wifi. Then find it again and sign in. Very very rare. I just experienced this last week first time nine months.

    Try a reboot of the BlackBerry. Mine does that too since 10.3
