That's why Chen doesn't want those. There is nothing differentiating about the Z30 to the sea of slab that it easily gets lost in other then the actual using of the phone which no one cares about when glancing at the phone. When I sported a Z30, people just think it is another Android.

You are right. I have never seen a Z30 live.

Right. He would rather have them see a phone from 2000 and have people think the person using it is nuts.

BlackBerry has to stand out some way and the PKB is the way to do so right now in this process. Turning things around so poorly managed will NOT happen overnight. Mr. Chen has only been at the helm for just over a year and I applaud his efforts as a BlackBerry user. I think he will release additional full touch devices but if you check out what's going on @ CES everyone and their mother is releasing a slab full touch device. And extremely cheap (see ASUS) I fear the days of the high end 700-800 dollar phones will quickly becoming to an end. I'll take my secure, most excellent Z30 for 225. The price wars are coming. Intel is going to flood the mobile market to gain back share.

Some say they failed with the Z10 and hence the reason they don't promote its successor, the very successful and worthy Z30. That is not just stupid but arrogant too.
I pray that BlackBerry NEVER goes back to being arrogant, as that's what toppled them in the first place..
