I've been changing my phone for hours now and it's still at 72%. I turned on and off, remove sim card, still nothing. And when I use my phone while charging, battery life gets reduced..

Hmmm....have you checked your charger. I had a PlayBook charger that went bad and had similar issues when charging my Z10.

Z10/Q10, 10.3.2.556, MPJ 5000 mAh extended battery.

After checking if the charger is still good...

Open Device Monitor. What is using the battery? Press the CPU tab and see what else is also running.

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have a Z10: If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

The first part of the advice applies to the Z30 (as well as the older Z10)
