    The software of my z10 is Z10STL100-3/10.3.1.2576. And my new z30 is 2558 and since they're not the same I can't restore my phone??? What the hell is this crap, what am I supposed to do now?

    Upgrade the OS on your Z30.

    Since your Z30 is new, you can easily run the autoloader.

    No you can restore to an older version. Why not just get the file and update to the newest OS first?

    Side load it? I've never done that before. Just got it today and it did the update for me I thought it'd be the same as my other Rogers phone :s

    You probably will have to do it manually using the Autoloader as suggested. As noted, BBLink will NOT restore data from a NEWER OS to a phone with an OLDER OS.

    I'm not sure if Saschesi can do it (it can backup and restore) but if it did work, I'm not sure how well since the OS and settings might not match.

    Thanks guys. I backed up from a January file I had so it's usable for now. Hopefully get an update soon so I can fully restore
